The #1 chipping company in the country
We have led this industry since 1999 on transparency, honesty, integrity, and budget oriented pricing. Plant managers stay with us because the schedule holds and the work is done right.
Four things we have never traded away
Transparency
Pricing quoted per fleet before we start. What we quote is what you pay.
Honesty
If a truck does not need service yet, we tell you. Long relationships beat short invoices.
Integrity
27 years of doing what we said we would do, at the price we said we would do it.
Budget Oriented
Programs built around your budget and pour volume, not the other way around.
Since 1999, one focus
Express Chipping, Inc. was founded in 1999 to do one thing well: remove hardened concrete from the equipment that ready mix producers depend on. Nearly three decades later, that focus has grown into three national divisions: concrete chipping, SiloMD™ silo cleaning, and RestoraFleet™ fleet washing.
We dispatch mobile crews from eight strategic hubs in California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Georgia, and Florida to producers in 49 states. The model has stayed the same since day one: show up on schedule, do the work right, and price it so plant managers never get surprised.

The people behind the schedule
This is what shows up at your plant: a trained crew, a branded van, and a compressor rig that carries everything the job needs. Crews run recurring routes, so the same technicians who learned your yard last visit are the ones who work it next visit.
Our reputation follows our leadership
In this industry, reputation travels plant to plant. Dispatchers talk, drivers talk, and a vendor that cuts a corner in one yard gets remembered in ten. Express Chipping has protected one reputation for 27 years, and it starts at the top: the way our leadership treats a crew is the way that crew treats your plant.
With clients, that looks like a quote before the work and an invoice that matches it. It looks like a specialist who tells you a drum can wait another cycle, because long relationships beat short invoices. It looks like a Fleet Chipping Analysis that carves emergencies and full trucks out of your baseline, so the number you defend to your owner is honest.
With employees, it looks like OSHA and confined space training before the first job, crew leads promoted from the field, and recurring routes that pay steady instead of feast-or-famine. A crew that stays is a crew that knows your yard, your dispatch board, and your name.
Partner with us if
You want one vendor for drums, silos, and washing on one recurring calendar. You want a chipping budget you can defend, inside $0.10 to $0.30 per yard delivered. You want the same trained faces at your plant visit after visit, and a price that means what it says.
Look elsewhere if
The lowest bid wins no matter what. We price for trained crews, full insurance, and crews that show up, and we hold that price. If a vendor skips the safety brief to save 20 minutes, that vendor is not us. We would rather lose a bid than trade away the standard that built the name.
We run on C.H.I.P.P.
Five values, one acronym, the same trade we have practiced since 1999.
Collaboration
One crew network, your dispatch board. We plan around pour schedules, plant managers, and drivers, because the best service visit is the one production never feels.
Humility
Every plant teaches us something. Crews sweep their corners, own their misses, and treat the newest batch operator with the same respect as the owner.
Integrity
The number we quote is the number we bill. Safety gets documented, not performed. If a drum does not need a full cut, we say so.
Precision
Metric-led work: drum-level tracking, per-truck records, and schedules that hold. We measure buildup in payload recovered, not promises.
Progress
27 years of refining the same craft. Better tooling, tighter routes, cleaner documentation, every season sharper than the last.
