Every visit follows the same discipline. The technician works in full PPE: hard hat, hearing protection, respirator, and leg guards. Cured concrete comes out of the drum through the access opening and gets broken down to manageable rubble at the truck.
The truck stays in your yard, the crew works around your dispatch schedule, and the drum goes back to service at its rated capacity.
